Fair Oaks Mall is celebrating its 29th annual Mall-O-Ween, one of the largest indoor Halloween events of its kind in the Washington D.C. area. As part of the festivities, kids can visit Spooktacular experiments in the Grand Court sponsored by Children’s Science Center. Enjoy photo opportunities throughout the center with Stiltwalker Costumed Halloween characters – plus, candy and activity stations with face painters and balloon artists!
