5 stars but I have to deduct 1 star simply because of the number of people and children that stay here. It can get chaotic, but it’s handled as well as it can be. On site restaurants fill up fast. Hallways can be crammed. Elevators are slow. Now for the positive: staff are terrific and will go out of their way to assist you.

Shuttle service to Hershey Park is excellent and efficient. Way better than waiting to park on your own. Rooms are clean and standard sized. Lots of things to do to have a relaxing day with family away from Hershey Park or wind down after the park. Great experience all around.
