Creative Cauldron’s Summer Camps incorporate drama, music, movement and visual art following a designated theme.
Campers work with professional teaching artists with extensive experience in their fields and explore folklore, myth and art associated with each theme.
Each camp session culminates with a final performance and an art show of camper’s work.

June 10 – June 21, 2024
You’re invited to the fiesta! Come set aglow a lantern in the city of Chiang Mai during the Yi Peng Latern Festival, spray colored water with pichakaris at your friends for Holi, create snowy spectacles for China’s Harbin Ice Festivals, enjoy performances, poetry reads, concerts and more at the Acropolis during Greece’s August Moon Festival, or throw confetti at the dancers in the plazas of Bolivia during carnival! No matter how you celebrate, join us for a final festival performance, that just like a good party, you’ll never want it to end.

June 24 – July 3, 2024
Honey, I’ve shrunk the campers! Come explore worldly myths of little people as we learn about the Maori, fairy-like people who live in the deep forests and mountains of New Zealand, or dive into the tale of the Makiawisug, the Native American myth of small people that if nice, would leave baskets of food in the summer, but if mean, freeze you and steal your food, or the classic tales of the mischievous Irish Leprechaun who guards his pot of gold at all costs. Wherever we find ourselves, these tiny stories are sure to cause big excitement at our final performance.

🤣Laughs and LOL’s
July 8 – 19, 2024
“He who laughs, lasts”. Comedy has been a universal language for decades and in this zany session campers will learn the art of comedy and clowning. We will laugh our way through exploring the greats of stand up, clowning, miming, jesters, jokesters and all-around funny people! Whether it’s el Bobo from Spain, Pierrot from France, Contrary from the Plains Native American Tribes, or the comic antics of a Punch and Judy puppet show, These clowns will have you LOLing, ROTFLing, and HAHAing all day long. This session will culminate in a final performance where we can show you our bags of tricks!

🪗Musical Theater Camp Session One
July 22 – August 2, 2024
One of our most popular camp sessions that we offer so we’ve decided to offer two! Musical Theater Camp puts a spotlight on a uniquely American art form – musical theater. Days will be filled with music and choreography from both Broadway hits, and some of Creative Cauldron’s own original musicals. Campers will also learn some of the techniques in scenic, costume and lighting design that bring these musicals to life on the stage and to share in their final show!

🎸Musical Theater Session Two
August 5 – August 16, 2024
Our final session of the summer, part two of our most popular camp session! Musical Theater Camp puts a spotlight on a uniquely American art form – musical theater. Days will be filled with music and choreography from both Broadway hits, and some of Creative Cauldron’s own original musicals. Campers will also learn some of the techniques in scenic, costume and lighting design that bring these musicals to life on the stage and to share in their final show!
